ICF Group Reporting Analyst in New Delhi, India

An exciting opportunity has risen to join our Finance & Accounting team based out of the India office as a Group Accountant role for our Europe & Asia (E&A) division of ICF. This newly created position will report to the E&A Group Reporting and Compliance Director.

The ideal candidate must have a degree, or equivalent level and have experience working in Finance & Accounting and have an excellent standard of written and spoken English along with MS Office skills, including advanced excel They will also need to be confident, organised, accurate and calm under pressure/deadlines. The successful candidate will need to be able to plan, prioritise, communicate, and manage workload effectively under the guidance of the team.

Job Location :- Delhi ( Aerocity)

Exp Range :- 2-4 yrs

Main Responsibilities:

Working with a close and well-established team of finance professionals, you will be responsible for assisting with a broad range of duties that include:

 Preparation of monthly and quarterly schedules, including capital expenditure, provisions, and reserves

 Preparation of monthly cash flow statements

 Responsible for month end activities including HFM and related reporting.

 Provide analysis and explanations for variances between actual results and budget/forecast.

 Assist in the preparation of management reports to aid decision-making.

 Working closely with local controllers and accounting teams to ensure the accurate reporting and analysis in line with agreed timescales and group policy.

 Preparation of monthly intercompany recharge workings and calculations for the teams

 Support the monitoring and enhancement controls to mitigate financial risks.

 Communicate financial information and reporting requirements effectively within the organisation.

 Liaise with (US) internal and external auditors to facilitate the Sox and statutory audit process.

 Provide necessary documentation and explanations to support the audit of financial statements.

 Analysis of impacts of foreign exchange on reported financial performance.

 Produce ad hoc analysis to support regional group reporting and compliance monitoring.

 Involvement in other project related activities, as required.

Skills and Requirements:

 Professional Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified) with at least 2+ years PQE in a Professional Services background

 Experience in working in a global corporate organisation and multicurrency environment.

 Knowledge of an ERP system: HFM experience advantageous.

 Working knowledge and experience of dealing with multiple foreign exchange currencies.

 IT proficient and advanced excel skills essential. Strong experience of Power Query/Power Pivot and Power BI is highly desirable.

 Proven written and communication skills – the applicant should have the ability to communicate persuasively across a wide range of professional groups.
