We are recruiting an IT Lead, Product Analyst, supporting technology products in the Corporate Business Technology organization.

Location: New Brunswick, NJ (United States)

Key Responsibilities: As Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and technology, fostering collaboration to deliver best-in-class solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with business and technical product owners, process stakeholders, and customers to build in-depth insight into business goals, challenges and objectives. Translate these insights into prioritized product enhancements that support strategic objectives and initiatives.

  • Apply your functional expertise to gather and transform business requirements into user stories. Maintain the product backlog, facilitate workshops, generate data insights and rapidly prototype innovative solutions.

  • Act as a liaison between the IT product team and the business community, to influence and drive decision making and foster strong business relationships and interactions

  • Embrace Agile principles and practices, lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and facilitate scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient product development and delivery.

  • Multi-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, data analysts, and business partners to ensure successful end-to-end implementation.

Qualifications

Must haves: to be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical field

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience and at least 3 years of experience working as a Product Analyst across multiple projects and business information systems

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong expertise in Agile product management methodologies and tools.

  • Thorough understanding of SDLC principles in validated environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Data-driven attitude, integrating data insights into product development for improved decision-making.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience with UX/UI, User-Centered Design, Prototyping is preferred

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000- $144,900
