Kelly Services Data analyst in New Brunswick, New Jersey

Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00/hr

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

Note: The following are meant to be representative but not necessarily all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities for this position title.

Change Orders

Provide assistance to the GS BPO Change Orders.

Ad-hoc analytics (RFP, spend, efficient buying channels, etc.)

Monitor online portal updates.

Assist Consulting Services Director in delivery of the Category Activities.

Manage version control of all consulting materials.

Create training manuals and document processes.

Sourcing Associate for inputting contracts into contracting system.

Assisting with RFI’s and RFP’s to get new preferred contractors for the company.

Complete data analysis of compliance and training program effectiveness

Must be skilled at using Excel and PowerPoint.

Communication Skills

Interact with all levels of the organization, including senior levels and regional managers to coordinate schedules and support their needs.

Create and send out a quarterly newsletter to senior management and business stakeholders.

Program satisfaction survey management, reporting and analysis, creating and administering surveys for the program.

Interact with suppliers to complete needs of the program related to performance management surveys, savings, newsletter content and knowledge management.

Spend Cleansing

A supplier list will be provided for the individual to research and then identify potential category classification. The individual will help gain alignment with suggested Categories. Upon alignment, the individual will submit changes to system. Throughout the process, track progress.

Start with the Consulting category and Technical Services Quality. Next: rest of Corporate Services. Opportunity: Categories beyond Corporate Services in Business Services.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum, Associate level degree required, and 4-year degree preferred.

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst

  • Strong use of Microsoft 365 skills.

  • Must be able to analyze data and present trends in tabular and graphical formats.

  • Must be a go getter, agile, and comfortable taking direction and learning new things
