RWJBH is seeking a highly dedicated Coordinator Transplant for our Cancer Center at our New Brunswick campus.
Qualifications:
Required:
- BSN
Preferred:
- Blood and Marrow Transplant experience preferred
Certifications and Licenses Required:
BLS and ACLS Certification
Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Successfully obtain Bone Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse BMTCN certification within 1 year of start date
Maintains BMTCN Certification

Day Shift

Essential Functions:
Responsible for participating in the coordination of patient care throughout the Blood and Bone Marrow Transplant process, including: the ongoing assessment, and evaluation of patients preparing for and undergoing BMT or Immune Effector Cell therapy
The coordinator will follow all BMT/IEC patients post-transplant for survival and related post-transplant toxicities & needs
The coordinator will be responsible for screening and educating potential and actual donors
