Controller -Automotive Dealership EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: $70-$90 based on experience.

This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate. Must have at least 5 years of automotive controller experience, with working knowledge of Domestic Franchise systems and Dealership DMS.

Some duties include and are not limited to:

• Manage and lead accounting department and personnel
• Check and manage accounting for accuracy
• Manage daily operations of the accounting department
• Reconcile the bank accounts for the company daily
• Ensure daily processing of A/R and A/P
• Create financial reports for management and advise of concerns
• Preparing monthly budgets and financial statements
• Make recommendations to increase profitability
• Process insurance claims
• Review all financial statements, ledgers, journals, and schedules for accurate and timely execution
• Oversee floor plan and floor plan audits
• Oversee contracts in transit
• Coordinate activities and job function of office staff
• Prepare all taxes and filing forms and work with outside CPA firm for income tax preparations

Candidate will bring:

• 5 years of Automotive Controller experience is required
• Excellent analytical ability
• Working knowledge of Dealership DMS
• Maintains a professional appearance and atmosphere in the office
• Communicates effectively and professionally with internal staff and external customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
