Naval Education and Training Command PROGRAM ANALYST in Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Administrate office at the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) of Pensacola, Florida Responsibilities You will serve as a reviewing official in Defense Travel System (DTS) and as the Agency/Organization Program Coordinator Assistant for the Government Travel Card Individually Billed Accounts (IBA). You will be responsible for assisting in the management and support of the DTS and Travel Card programs. You will serve as liaison between cardholders and higher Headquarters Agency Program Coordinator for card deactivations, credit limit increases and decreases, delinquent accounts, in instances of problematic and under unusual circumstances. You will ensure DTS and Travel Card profiles are established, and cards are activated, and accounts for all transactions. You will conduct Government Purchase and Travel Card Program training and presentations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS); 2) Knowledge of travel card accounts within DTS to include activation, spending/credit limits, delinquencies, suspensions and deactivations; 3) Utilizing the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) with knowledge of reviewing travel authorizations and travel vouchers for accuracy and compliance; and 4) Knowledge of DOD Financial Management Regulations (FMR), government cardholder program, and web based travel systems.
