Advance Financial Guest Services Coordinator in Nashville, Tennessee

Summary

The Guest Experience Coordinator will serve as our first impression officer. He or she will be the custodian of Advance Financial's service culture and will demonstrate a Friends Helping Friends posture at every interaction. The Coordinator will control the guest experience from beginning to end. Direct guest and employee-facing activities will give the Coordinator critical opportunities to personally deliver exceptional service and serve as a role model to all in attitude and performance. The Coordinator will report to the Director of Customer and Employee Experience but will have significant interaction and coordination with the Office Manager.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must understand the importance of a guest's first impression. He or she must possess the energy and enthusiasm required to consistently promote the Company's Friends Helping Friends service vision to all. He or she must work independently, manage multiple projects and possess the ability to be composed in all situations. He or she must be dedicated to the work ethic and employment philosophy of an at-will employer. Additionally, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in related customer service oriented environment

Language Skills

  • English and/or Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)

Competencies Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Planning, organization, and attention to detail; priority management

  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Mastery of Google Suite, including gmail, calendars and Google Drive

Physical Demands

This is a fast-on-your-feet position requiring routine physical activity. The coordinator will ‘beat the greet' and personally open the door and transfer guests to their destination. He or she will prepare rooms for guest visits and clean rooms in between visits. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
