Your Role and Responsibilities

In qualità di consulente di gestione, lavorerai a stretto contatto con i clienti per fornire soluzioni di alta qualità. Nel tuo ruolo di consulente risulterai una figura affidabile, dotato di una solida competenza nella metodologia di delivery SAP Accelerate (o equivalente) e dei prodotti di lavoro associati.

Condurrai workshop di progettazione, supporterai le attività di sviluppo del business e farai da mentore/coach ai membri del team, per sviluppare le loro competenze e conoscenze. Avrai l'opportunità di acquisire nuove competenze, di affrontare nuove sfide e di raggiungere una conoscenza completa e approfondita del business.

Principali Responsabilità:

• Leadership strategica nelle soluzioni SAP: Gestirai la progettazione tecnica, lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di soluzioni SAP per la semplificazione, l'ingrandimento e la gestione dei prodotti richiesti dai clienti.

• Team Delivery Leadership: Gestirai un team di consulenti SAP per ottimizzare la consegna dei prodotti nei tempi, nel budget e al massimo della qualità.

• Fornitura di soluzioni complete: Parteciperai attivamente allo sviluppo della strategia e all'implementazione della soluzione, sfruttando la tua conoscenza delle tecnologie SAP e lavorando con le tecnologie più recenti.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Conoscenza dei processi SAP: Conoscenza dei processi aziendali, esperienza S4/HANA e conoscenza approfondita di una o più aree del dominio SAP Finance (FI, AA, RE-FX, FI-CA, CO-PS, CO-PA, CO-PC) e comprensione dell'integrazione tra i moduli SAP.

• Esperienza professionale nella configurazione SAP: Esperienza pregressa di configurazione SAP nel modulo SAP FIN CO e in progetti di implementazione o manged services, nonché conoscenza delle modalità di indagine e risoluzione dei problemi end-to-end.

• Esperienza con SAP S/4HANA: Esperienza pregressa di SAP S/4HANA

• Conoscenza delle lingue: Italiano (Fluente); Inglese (B1/B2).

• Buone capacità relazionali e di comunicazione.
