• Preferably with 1 year experience in a heat treatment operation role in a manufacturing environment在制造行业热处理操作员岗位上至少1年

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/ 任务和职责

• Load and unload material to/from heat treatment furnace daily日常上下料操作

• Ensure quantity of load and unload are correct 确保上下料的数量正确

• Ensure quality of products are in compliance确保产品质量符合要求

• Conduct Daily maintenance on equipment as per PM (production maintenance) requiremen根据设备保养计划开展设备日常点检和维护

• Adhering to safety procedures and requirements of environment, health and safety during machine operations 在操作机器过程中严格遵守安全程序，符合环境，健康和安全的要求。

• Doing routine 5S housekeeping and maintenance to take care of work area and equipment.开展日常5S清洁整理活动，保持工作现场和机器设备清洁。

• Check and monitor the status of machine and gauge, and report to shift leader and QA if it is abnormal.检查并确认机器及检具的状态，发现异常及时向领班、QA相关部门汇报。

• Doing other jobs assigned by shift leaders.领班安排的其它事项。
