Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Senior Controls Technician - 1st Shift.
The hourly rate for this position is $34.75 - $42.00 per hour.

What you’ll do:
This position will work with the Controls Engineers to execute and manage projects of small to medium scope throughout the facility. The Senior Controls Technician will also provide support to the Control Techs and Production as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping & company policies and procedures.
• Support Engineering projects to install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot complex automated equipment
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical/controls problems including non-routine issues
• Use Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) including basic and ladder logic to read/write basic wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to diagnosis problems
• The position will work independently to meet project requirements with limited supervision
• Help educate lower-level technicians through on the job training as needed
• Fabricate and Install control and power panels
• Reviews diagrams, drawings and specifications for design, construction and/or alteration of instrument and control systems
• Evaluates and recommends improvements for current equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair of low voltage electrical systems (600VAC and below)

Qualifications:
Two-Year Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field of study preferred.
10 years of electrical and controls system fabrication, assembly, and installation or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Skills:
"• SAP or similar maintenance/work management software experience preferred.
• Robotics Education and.or Experience preferred."
