SGI Global LLC is seeking It & Facilities Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Mexican Citizen.

  • Spanish FSI level 4/4.

  • English FSI level 3/3.

  • The position is located in Mexico City, Mexico.

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in information technology, facilities management, or warehouses with at least two (2 years) of experience working in similar positions supporting staffing contracts.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    Duties :

  • Responsible for controlling office access and coordinating staff badges with the property administrator and under the guidance of the Program Manager.

  • Coordinates configuration and assignment of internet, telephone, and essential services in the office.

  • Identifies needed equipment and supplies for staff and coordinates the purchase with Facilities.

  • Schedules and oversees maintenance and repair of office equipment and spaces.

  • Manages and updates program inventory of cell phones, laptops, furniture, etc., ensuring accountability through SharePoint and hand receipts.

  • Handles disposal of obsolete equipment and changes in IT equipment assignments.

  • Responsible for maintenance, upkeeping, registration, and verification of the company's

  • Monitors and establishes service contracts

  • Provides SharePoint and other types of training as requested.

  • Develops and maintains emergency protocols for natural and man-made disasters and oversees the Civil Protection Program.

  • Problem-solves arising issues and proposes manners to streamline and improve operations.

  • Establish priorities, review progress, and keep management informed of all aspects relating to the Engineering Services. This will be done through written reports outlining quantitative achievements, lessons learned, and timely verbal and email correspondence.
