Scherdel Sales and Technology Stamping Machine Operator in Muskegon, Michigan
Load, operate, and adjust spring machines and auxiliary equipment to maintain required quality and quantity of production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, hand sketches, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Execute duties autonomously with a keen eye for detail .
- Communicate with the Production Supervisor or team lead about production delays and equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, improve processes, and meet department and company goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area including sweeping floors, dusting cabinets, and organzing storage shelves and worktables.
- Monitor quality of products according to work instruction under the guidance and training of the production Supervisor and Team Lead.
- Work according to Scherdel's quality ,environmental, and customer requirements.
