Responsibilities
JOB TITLE: Registerd Nurse- Night Shift
Cedar Grove RTC, located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is a 45-bed CARF-accredited facility that treats young men, ages 11-17, who are struggling with Sexual/or mental health issues. As a LPN/RN Nurse you will have the opportunity to contribute to the resident’s treatment by providing outstanding medical care through medication administration, first aid, and completing required documentation.

JOB SUMMARY
Provides prescribed medical treatment for students/residents by performing the following duties and furthermore ensure compliance with governmental requirements, organizational systems, licensing regulations, policies and procedures, CARF standards, HIPPA policies, and operating requirements.
