• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge projects using Python and JavaScript, ensuring applications are performant and user-friendly.

• Participate in designing and implementing distributed systems and microservice architectures, applying your understanding of best practices to create efficient solutions.

• Utilize modern frameworks such as Next.js, Flask, FastAPI, and Django to build responsive and scalable applications.

• Assist in optimizing application performance, analyzing and refining code, infrastructure, and data interactions to meet our high standards.

• Support the integration of message bus patterns to improve system scalability and reliability, bringing any experience with Kafka to the forefront of our development efforts.

• Collaborate with a team of developers, promoting a culture of learning and excellence, and contributing your expertise to help guide the team towards success.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure application development aligns with the company's strategic objectives, ensuring smooth integration and deployment practices.

• Keep abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements, identifying opportunities for innovation within our application portfolio.

• Advocate for coding, testing, security, and deployment best practices, helping to establish standards that improve our engineering processes.

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in application development, with a proven track record in building and optimizing applications using Python and JavaScript and expert knowledge in distributed systems and microservice architectures.

• Significant experience in application development, with proficiency in Python and JavaScript and a strong foundation in distributed systems and microservice architectures.

• Familiarity with development frameworks such as Next.js, Flask, FastAPI, and Django.

• Ability to creatively solve technical problems.

• Experience with API gateways, service meshes, and tools for managing microservices communication, security, and observability.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to support application deployment and scalability.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI, with a preference for GitHub Actions.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies to manage application data effectively.

• Awareness of security best practices at the application and infrastructure levels to mitigate vulnerabilities.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with message bus patterns, especially Kafka.

• Involvement in the full lifecycle of application development and deployment in cloud environments.

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), with a preference for AWS.

• Experience working in geographically dispersed teams, demonstrating strong capabilities in remote collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

The candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech/B.SC degree in Information Technology or any related field .The candidate should have a work experience of 7-10 years.
