IBM Security Delivery Specialist-IAM in Mumbai, India

Introduction

As a Service Specialist, you are the face of IBM for our customers. Your clients' success depends on your ability to understand their needs and respond to requests for new services. This role is an integral part of both account planning and delivering support strategies, working to proactively monitor problems, change processes, and handle issues to ensure our customers success.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As Security specialist you are responsible for Identity and access management (IAM) that covers products, processes, and policies used to manage user identities and regulate user access within an organization.

  • Troubleshooting L2 level issues such as Privileged admin rights, server/app onboarding, Investigate and whitelist apps in Ivanti, SSO, audit logs, MFA, event Analysis etc.

  • IAM policy configuration, rules, RBAC management.

  • Mandatory to hold experience working in any PIM/PAM product (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Arcon, Sectona etc.)

  • Converting certificates into different format based on requirement.

  • Resolving issues/tickets related to Certificate management (Only internal certificate)

  • Performing daily health checks of all IAM products (BAU).

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly scheduled and on demand out of box reporting.

  • Troubleshooting issues that are assigned via incident/Service requests.

  • Working with end user to troubleshoot on any IAM related issues.

  • Monitor the ticketing tool (SNOW/Remedy etc..) and ensure to respond and resolve the incidents as per the SLAs.

  • Contribute to SOPs/Runbook/KEDB in keeping process & documentation up to date.

  • Ready to work in 24x7 shifts

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

2-4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management / Privilege Access Management.

Hands on experience with any two IAM products like Arcon, Ivanti App control, Sectona, Cyberark, Beyond Trust, Azure IAM, Okta, Sailpoint, Forgerock, Ping identity or similar.

Good to have experience working on various application protocols (SAML, SWA, OpenID) - SSO

Knowledge on any programming languages (Java/Javascript/VBScript/Powershell etc.)

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to think 'out of the box' required.

Assists customer organizations with planning and implementing complex architecture solutions.

Understanding features in Ivanti Management console and Application control.

Experience working in Root CA CRL and Wildcard certificate renewal activity.

Work experience in generating CSR and certificate renewal (PKI)

Experience in Privileged Access Management - such as RCON/CyberArk/Beyond-Trust

Exposure of LDAP/AD, SSH, RDP, HTTP

Experience in device integration, user-onboarding, password management on PAM

Basic understanding of Database and Queries

Proven troubleshooting skills

Working knowledge of industry standard risk, governance and security standard methodologies

Proficient in incident response processes (detection, triage, incident analysis, remediation and reporting)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

One or more security certifications CEH, Security+, GSEC, GCIH, etc

Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
