We are seeking a talented and driven Data Analyst with a strong focus on building tools for decision-making, performance management, record-keeping, and process automation. In this role, you will be a key player in transforming data into actionable insights, driving efficiency improvements, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Title : IB & Service Data Analyst

Job Location : Mumbai

I n this role, a typical day will look like :

Data Analysis and Visualization:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

Performance Management:

• Monitor and report on time KPIs, helping teams identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals.

• Work closely with stakeholders to develop performance monitoring reports & dashboards.

Record Keeping and Documentation:

• Implement efficient data recording and archiving processes to ensure data accuracy and easy retrieval.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data sources, processes, and tools.

Tool Development:

• Develop data-driven tools and models to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and create customized tools that address their needs.

Process Automation:

• Identify opportunities for process automation and create automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.

• Evaluate and implement data-driven solutions to optimize existing processes.

• Act as subject matter expert in data analytics and automation

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in a related field. (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science).

• Proven experience in data analysis, tool development, and process automation.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in working with SFDC reports and Dashboards.

• Experience in working with Tableau / Power BI
