We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sr. Manager, MarTech Channel Experiences (CX) Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be part of an enthusiastic team that manages the LinkedIn’s MarTech stack being used by LinkedIn marketing and communication teams around the world.

As part of the MarTech Channel Experiences team, you will play a critical role in supporting and evolving our platforms and capabilities that drive demand and engagement for all LinkedIn business lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) modernization efforts (primary) by managing program plan on behalf of MarTech.

  • Lead and manage several web platform projects, coordinate execution, and communicate project status.

  • Acts as a technical strategist (secondary) connecting our increased ecosystem on Adobe Marketing Cloud technologies.

  • Develop technology roadmaps that consider both tactical and strategic direction, as well as factor in cost, user experience, and security.

  • Activate multi-year marketing technology roadmap, helping create best in class marketing technology infrastructure and integration structure that supports and drives forward our Marketing priorities.

  • Lead change management and comms for Channel Experiences team technologies.

  • Develop best-in-class product management guidelines for all net new integration or product enhancement builds.

  • Monitor, test and improve performance across multiple processes and platforms; provide actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.

  • Proactively research new vendors, technologies, and industry best practices that will inform our long-term marketing and technology strategy.

  • Partner across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Marketing, and other partner teams to execute a technology strategy & architecture that is flexible, scalable, mobile, secure and provides a consistent and personalized customer experience.

  • Partner with marketing teams across operations, demand gen, and customer marketing to define requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in a marketing operations role.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.

  • Experience in CMS technologies

  • Experience working with engineering and product development

  • An analytical & systems-driven approach.

  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to identify & implement process improvements.

  • Strong performance record in managing successful marketing programs, ideally across multiple channels.

  • Ability to quickly prioritize and make decisions within a constantly changing dynamic environment.

  • Working knowledge and passion for marketing technology.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative, be innovative and creatively solve problems while building and maintaining a relationship with key stakeholders and business leaders across LinkedIn.

  • Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.

  • Strong verbal and communication skills.

  • Must be a team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others, and able to share knowledge and coach others.

  • Experience with web (Adobe Experience Manager) and email (Responsys) technologies.

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JSON (SQL preferred)

  • Proven ability to break down and diagnose issues, then identify and rapidly deploy fixes.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $138,000 - $1215,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
