Job Title: 2-Way Radio Installer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2-Way Radio Installer with experience in car radio installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing 2-way radio systems in emergency vehicles, including fire trucks, EMS vehicles, and police cars. This role requires punctuality, precision, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair 2-way radio systems in various emergency vehicles.

• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with radio systems and related equipment.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient installations.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in radio installations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in car radio installations.

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of 2-way radio systems.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Punctual, reliable, and committed to high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with emergency vehicles.

• Certification in electronics or a related field.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor settings and confined spaces.

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

• Some travel around Wake County
