Description and Requirements
The Strategic Alliances team is a team built on trust, collaboration, balance, velocity, insights, and expertise. Through organization-wide collaboration our team of diverse professionals seeks to extend Lenovo’s business solutions, generate incremental revenue, enhance existing Alliance partnerships, and develop new industry partnerships. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to establish trust and thrive in a matrixed organization. You must embody the Lenovo values of entrepreneurship, innovation, customer obsession, and building trust across global teams.
You must have strong data management and analytic skills(include sales and finance data), a high level of accuracy and have strong organizational skills. Must be comfortable working across multiple business groups and GEOs with availability to work in multiple time zones when needed. You must be an excellent written and oral communicator who can project manage insights into results.
Responsibilities:
Provide Operational support to the Alliance managers for assigned partners.
Create, understand, and maintain monthly reports for sell in / sell out / performance.
Serve as focal point for daily operational activities / issue resolution.
Develop BMS for management of Partner funding programs: tracking, forecasting, reporting.
Analyze partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Understand market trends and how it will impact engage with partners.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Supply Chain or related field of study
5+ years of experience in operations / supply chain / program management
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Excel / spread sheet skills are a must, familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
Excellent organizational and data management skills with the ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to summarize complex data or situations succinctly
Collaborative spirit, willingness to adapt responsibilities and build relationships
A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who can adapt to any type of working environment
