Atlantic Health System Unit Associate I, Per Diem, Surgical Access Center in Morristown, New Jersey
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Greet loved ones. Confirms contact information. Updates patient status for loved ones. Communicates processes. Consistently checks Epic for status of patients. Escorts loved ones to the pre-op and the post-op areas. Assists surgeons with contacting loved ones. Makes rounds in the Surgical Family Waiting Room. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Experience:
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
