If you answered yes to either question, then apply NOW! Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm in Union County.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED, required

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required

• Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred

Minimum Experience:

• 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred

License/Certification:

• NJ License in Physical Therapy

• BLS, preferred
