West Virginia Employer Maintenance in Morgantown, West Virginia
Qualifications:BFOQ - Drivers License required to pick up supplies or equipmenet. Maintenance worker needed in Morgantown at housing complex. No HS/Equivelent required. Some maintenance background preferred but not required. Owning own tools is a plus. HVAC experience a plus. Description: Will maintain grounds daily. Address any tenant maintenance issues that arise in a timely manner. Prepare apartments for new move in to include painting and other repairs to building and could include plumbing and electrical work. Work will be Monday-Friday, day shift, part-time or full-time. Hours are flexible. May be called out in emergencies so must be willing to work a flexible/on call schedule at times. $12.00 per hour or more depending on experiece. Exact pay and schedule will be discussed at interview.
