Within a defined territory, the Labor Analyst plays a critical role in achieving business excellence goals by supporting nursing center labor expense management objectives through the identification of issues, education and training of nursing center Staffing Coordinators about policies, systems and procedures, and implementing changes to effect positive results. Position HighlightsConduct routine analyses of center metrics to determine opportunities for improvement.Proactively resolve labor management issues in collaboration with Nursing Home Administrator and/or designee.Identify, document, and institutionalize Best Demonstrated Practices (BDPs) in coordination with Corporate Sr. Director - Labor ManagementAssist in budgeting labor hours and rates for all centers in assigned territory. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.Must have knowledge of and experience with nursing center staffing practices and procedures.*Must possess an average to above average command of Excel/Word/PowerPoint software and applications analytical experience to include report writing summations.
