THE POSITION
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Account Representative to join our dynamic team, offering personalized client support and fostering robust relationships with our policyholders. Your expertise will contribute to the maintenance and growth of our client base through exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions. Join us in our commitment to providing peace of mind and security to our customers.
Responsible for timely identification and resolution of Insurance claims which include reviewing and/or processing Insurance remittances, working assigned denial and follow-up work queues, initiating secondary claims to be billed; working closely with Supervisor and Coder to reconcile accounts; working with Physician Practices and Hospital departments regarding authorization for services. Performs other related duties as required.
