Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is a precision CNC parts manufacturing organization with expertise in multi-axis machining of metal parts with complex geometries. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace, military and industrial industries.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing efficient, cost-effective CNC machining processes. Operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will utilize your expertise in 3 and 5 axis programming, process setup sheets, perishable tool selection, fixture design, and process development on the manufacturing floor. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products to our customers while pushing the boundaries of innovation in the manufacturing industry.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS CNC PROGRAMMER JOB

To excel in the role, proficiency in software such as Mastercam, Gibbs, or other advanced CAM tools is essential. You should be able to provide technical expertise and support on the production floor, as well as create detailed process documentation for the planning department. Problem-solving skills are crucial for investigating and resolving process issues impacting manufacturing and quality assurance. Your ability to recommend and implement improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency will be fundamental. Collaboration with machine tool and perishable tool suppliers, as well as designing fixturing to support manufacturing, are integral aspects of this role.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in programming multi-axis CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience machining materials from aluminum, stainless, titanium, and alloy steels.
• Be familiar with billet, castings, forgings, and other material conditions.
• Must have project management skills and experience including new project development.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft products.
• 10+ years of experience and high level of knowledge with Mastercam, Gibbs, or other advanced CAM programming software.
• CAD programming with Solidworks a plus.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems and documentation desired.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

There will bending, lifting and some long periods of standing while you work. We want you to be safe, so you will be required to follow company established safety procedures. Last, but not least, for ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
