CAE USA INC Electronic Technician in Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada

About This Role

The candidates must test, diagnose and inspect all types of electronic, electrical and electromechanical parts to verify compliance with specifications as well as provide technical support to internal and external customers according to the conditions, criteria and details required for the position.

For this role you must:

  • Possess knowledge of drawings, electronic schematics and technical notes.

  • Possess knowledge of printed circuit boards, measuring instruments and tools.

  • Be familiar with commercial and military standards and with aerospace industry material standards.

  • Be familiar with occupational health and safety standards, especially WHMIS.

The candidate we are looking for has:

  • D.E.C. in Electro-Technology. A valid certification in soldering rework of all CAE products is preferable. Furthermore, the use of Windows must be mastered. Any other equivalent combination of the required qualifications will be considered. The candidates will be submitted to a written exam.

  • One (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience.

  • Functional French is required.
