Responsabilities:
Support the sourcing strategic management process to medium to low value and risk categories including:
• Objectives definition and detailed plan for each project, in line with business requirements
• Identification of potential opportunities and benefits that may be explored including a rough estimate of potential savings.
• Strategic Approach definition on how the benefits will be unlocked (e.g. relationship re-engineering, volume leverage, etc.)
• Market Approach on how the market will be approached (e.g. RFQ, e-Auction, negotiation) for merch and non-merch expenditures
• Prepare bid analysis and recommend supplier based on technical / commercial criteria
• Meetings with users to follow-up projects (new or already completed)
• Follow-up projects in weekly meetings with zoners and suppliers.
• Follow-up contracts of winning project suppliers, to comply with the negotiation.
• Weekly meetings with Procurement AZ US and AZ Mx team mentioning project progress.
• Dashboard report to measure expenses and savings
• Constant identification and development of a competitive supplier base for non-merch categories
• Actively manages risk within category areas and identifies and avoid potential areas of risk
• Manage information metrics, key process indicators, spend analysis reports, etc. in order to provide superior decision capabilities within the business.
Requirements:
• Active student of business-related careers (International Trade, Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration).
• From 6th to 9th semester
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of Excel and office management
• Customer Orientation, Proactivity, Organization.
