Job Description

  • The Sr Finished Goods & Capacity Planner plays an instrumental role in the key planning process of the Company, namely Flow of Finished Goods. This position supports the stability of the daily operations and the availability of the Finished Good at the Distribution Center.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build (Cut / Add/ Modify) a weekly Finished Good supply plan in the horizon where apply ensuring to maintain the inventory coverage by SKU based on the targets agreed with the Supply Inventory Planning team (SIP).

  • Make a Finished Good Novelties and Exit Items plan based on the timeline agreed, accommodate the supply load through the weeks keeping in balance the replenishment volume.

  • Ensure Weekly supply plan for Final Pack in the horizon where apply, growing the factory efficiency:

  • Final Pack and Pre-pack machine utilization viable, requesting routings to engineering to balance.

  • Monthly FMC on target.

  • Labor hours planned based on the latest demand plan on target.

  • Pre-Packs change overs not above the weekly target.

  • Materials Feasibility above of 90% on W4,5.

  • Generate the Finished Good and Pre-pack labor weekly targets based on the latest changes, which will be used as a reference in the production planning process.

  • Build the Air Freight proposal (in case to apply) based on the latest changes in the Final Pack Plan.

  • Ensure to have the SAP capacity intervals (machine utilization factors and ramp up percentage) updated.

  • Identify, analyze the main causes of your own SKUs (portfolio) with high and/or out of stock inventory coverage, trigger actions to fix them using a PDCA methodology.

  • Improve your own processes looking for new ways of working using a digitalization attitude.

Are you up for the challenge?

  • +5 years experience in production planning processes including Inventory Analysis

  • +1 years experience using a digital visualization tools such as Power BI.

  • SAP is a must.
