Division Description: ITW Smart Components North America Division within the ITW Automotive Segment delivers highly differentiated, precision-engineered plastic solutions to global OEMs and their tier suppliers across North America and Europe.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to ensure that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process as production is a fast-paced environment. The role requires the ability to work with Production Supervisors, Shipping Supervisors, Production Manager and Materials Team to create production schedules. This person must have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. The Production Scheduler position is responsible for creating the scheduled for presses and automation. This role will also include a variety of tasks associated with planning issues, inventory levels, customer demands and preparation of various manufacturing reports.

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong communication skills

• Continuous improvement mindset

• Ability to interact with people at all levels of responsibility.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 3 years’ experience in a in production planning and control role strongly preferred.
