Your responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Correspond with clients and opposing counsel

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents Requirements - Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Adeptness in estate planning

• Comprehensive knowledge of Probate

• Strong familiarity with Probate Litigation

• Command of Probate & Estate Administration

• Legal research experience preferred

• Licensed Attorney experience

• Licensed attorney

• Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

• High attention to detail

• Stellar academic credentials and references
