Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and a knack for project management? Our client is searching for a dynamic individual to join their team locatedin the Plymouth, MN area and play a critical role in implementing and overseeing a wide range of hardware, software, and service projects.

In this position, you will not only understand and document professional service objectives but also train and handoff projects to customer and support teams, ensuring smooth transitions and high client satisfaction. Your expertise will guide the execution of new implementations, manage onsite service calls, and provide escalation support, all while transferring valuable knowledge to internal departments to foster successful project outcomes.

Must have technical skills:

Servers - Hyper-V Or VMWARE / Citix or RDS

Networking - Fortinet Network Build (build or rebuild from scratch)

Project Cloud Migrations - Examples Office 365 migration / Sharepoint migration / G drive migration

This role offers the unique opportunity to become an integral part of our client's Standards and Alignment Committee, contributing to the company's direction and standards. You will coordinate, track, and manage assigned projects, focusing on maximizing time and cost efficiency without compromising on quality. As a subject matter expert, you will keep abreast of the latest developments in IT and telecommunications, implement quality assurance processes, and maintain strong client relationships. responsibilities:

  • Understand Professional Service objectives, as well as the role and function of internal team members.

  • Document and train on projects and implementations for handoff to customer and support teams.

  • Implement new hardware, software, and services to our customer base.

  • Perform scheduled or reactive onsite service calls.

  • Provide escalation assistance to our Support Team as required.

  • Knowledge transfer to internal departments to facilitate successful project implementations.

  • Proactively plan, scope, oversee, coordinate, track and run assigned projects tasks.

  • Provide regular project reviews and reporting to leadership, as required.

  • Provide subject matter expertise.

  • Oversee assigned projects in terms of resourcing, quality, and output to maximize both the time and cost outcomes for the Company.

  • Become a valued member of the Standards and Alignment Committee.

  • Maintain high positive client and user satisfaction and relationships.

  • Keep abreast of the development of relevant IT and telecommunication systems, hardware, and software applications within the industry.

  • Implement, participate in, and promote Quality Assurance (QA) objectives, processes, and procedures of the company.

  • Conduct thorough checking and self-checking of information and documentation.

  • Maintain project files and keep documentation accurate and in good order.

  • Assist in the training, mentoring and development of staff.

  • Perform general office duties as required.

  • Liaising with, managing, and advising customers, other consultants, and contractors and attending meetings as required.

  • Perform other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company leadership.

  • Adopt continuous learning and improvement processes in all aspects of the position.
