The role of the Sr. Executive Assistant, North America Foodservice, focuses on providing excellent administrative support to the Segment President and Vice President of Foodservice as well as being a key partner to the North America Foodservice team. The individual will perform various tasks supporting these leaders, their leadership teams, and the company in a fast-paced environment. As the Sr. Executive Assistant, it is essential the individual demonstrates exceptional leadership, excellent sense of proactiveness, collaboration to effectively utilize all support resources, agility and professionalism representing those he/she supports, the leaders' functions, and General Mills. This position will require occasional accessibility and work hours outside of the standard workday and is an excellent opportunity to expand C-Suite experience. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage multiple complex calendars. Manage meeting logistics, document creation (power point, phone lists, etc.), distribution lists and other miscellaneous duties. Assist with complex travel arrangements and expense reports. Create and proofread all materials for extreme accuracy and clarity. Act as a liaison for leaders with individuals outside the organization including industry/external organizations and Boards. Work closely with the NAF Communications Manager, Human Resources Director and Finance Director to support key communications and segment initiatives. Schedule and coordinate logistics for small and large group meetings both on and off-site, including the annual NAF National Sales meeting, monthly NAF Connects, quarterly NAF Segment meetings and NAF Leadership Team offsites. Interact with individuals from all levels of the organization, serving as a central point to facilitate NAF specific needs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 6 years of Administrative Assistant experience providing dedicated support to senior-level leaders. High school diploma Primary work location onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely at times, in alignment with leader and organization needs May require occasional accessibility and work hours outside of the standard work day. Exceptional customer service and customer-first mindset. Strong learning mindset and adaptability. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). High level of critical thinking, independent judgment and sound decision making. Exceptional professionalism, integrity, and accountability to manage highly confidential information Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross functional teams. Must be able to operate with agility and respond to requests on tight deadlines. Exceptional interpersonal/partnership skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Enthusiastic and positive attitude. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years Executive Assistant experience supporting Senior executive(s) ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. General Mills will not sponsor applicants for a U.S. work visa. International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $62300.00 - $85800.00 / Annually.
