Smyrna, GA, United States 19936_R202440081-abb0aa1e791bed907658b008efb441e8 Cox Communications Senior Account Executive, The Brand Studio The Senior Account Executive is an expert on the Cox Brand and Brand Voice and is responsible for leading, managing and building strong relationships with the internal stakeholders on various portfolios. This will be achieved through the development of effective business, marketing, advertising and communication strategies and plans and leading The Brand Studio team to deliver high quality work in all areas. This role must be able to help the team deliver innovative solutions and work closely with teams internally and externally to meet and exceed marketing needs. This role must be a polished communicator with an action-oriented focus, capable of solving communication challenges, and helping the team develop original solutions. Should be a strategic thinker and be able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines and must be an exceptional individual who listens, asks questions and provides clear and concise directions forward for the team. The role should be a collaborator who understands and cultivates the value, and the unique perspectives others bring to the work and the dynamics of an organization and be a team player with a strong understanding of how we can effectively and efficiently deliver quality work and value to the Cox organization. What You'll Do Client Relationships Manage and orchestrate effective working relationships with all stakeholders who interface with TBS Assure that TBS' work meets or exceed client's and agency's quality standards, is presented in a professional manner, and is delivered in a timely fashion, within the agreed upon budget Become a business resource for the client by being a recognized expert in the stakeholder's business, including business goals and objectives, products, markets, industry, distribution, etc. Working with stakeholders and the TBS team, oversee the development of situation analysis, strategic guides, SWOT analysis, positioning analysis, marketing communications objectives, strategies and tactics, and other strategic planning documents as necessary and appropriate to each client Oversee the development of clear, measurable goals and objectives for client programs and projects, as well as action plans for implementing strategies to measure the effectiveness of agency's work Build stakeholder confidence in the Studio, manage expectations, assure that stakeholders receive "no surprises" and ultimately accepts the Studio's strategic and creative work Communication Provide leadership to assure all departments of the agency get written and verbal information and direction as needed to "get it right the first time" and to meet or exceed client's quality, budget and delivery expectations Manage Studio resources to ensure that there are written records of directions, work orders, recommendations, meetings, etc., which result in decisions or approvals Keep all members of TBS team informed of client acceptance or objections to agency's work. Keep leadership current on issues that may affect the stakeholder relationship, especially any problems or indications of dissatisfaction Financial/Administrative Review and approve proposals, estimates, job costs and invoices and resolve any problems. Assure that client receives adequate explanation for all billings. Record and review chargeable time, expenses, and all other records and reports consistent with TBS policies and procedures. Maintain high level of professionalism in all internal and external communication including e-mail and voicemail correspondence, etc. Record expenses and billable time completely and accurately on a weekly basis What's In It For You At Cox, we reward your hard work with meaningful benefits. Who You Are Minimum Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years of experience, a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience or 10 years of experience in a related field with no degree 6 years' experience in an accredited advertising, digital, media or in-house agency Proven work experience and recognition as Account Lead or similar role Focus on and deep understanding of retail, promotional and/or telco marketing Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail High level experience with national brands in brand identity and voice Sound judgement skills Solid presentation skills and time-management skills Strong proofreading skills.
