Let's Redefine Possible SUMMARY Mortenson is looking for a Risk Specialist to provide analytical support in all areas of Risk Management to a variety of team members across the company. The main focus of the position is on providing consistent, high-level support in analysis of the overall risk profile of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES Administration of monthly Risk Management Information System (RMIS) conversions - ensuring internal claim records tie-out to Third-Party Administrator (TPA) records Administration of captive insurance programs including, but not limited to monthly claim and premium reporting, consulting with third-party actuaries for annual analyses, and support of annual audits Coordinate Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) project closeouts Process Risk Management invoices Maintain Risk Management dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI to communicate analytics and metrics to stakeholders Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and PowerBI or other data visualization tools Effective communication and active listening skills Proven positive and professional attitude and strong customer service skills Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, initiative, and teamwork skills QUALIFICATIONS Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of one year of professional experience in a finance, accounting, analytics, or administrative support role Construction-related business experience preferred but not required Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
