Bachman's is looking to hire a Retail Intern who will discover the daily objectives of leading a retail operation. This will include merchandising, ordering, stocking, controlling inventory, and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service. This is a paid Internship.
Job Duties:
Work with Store Managers to learn store operations
Motivating, training, and hiring staff to meet Bachman’s customer service culture
Merchandising, ordering, stocking, displaying, and controlling inventory of product
Work alongside store management to provide work direction.
Interact directly with customers, assisting on the floor and at the registers
Qualifications:
Sophomore, Junior or Senior in College
Majoring in Management, Retail Management or related majors.
Strong interest in Horticulture
Schedule:
40 hours a week, May-August
