Nonprofit school situated in the heart of Minneapolis, Minnesota is welcoming applications for the position of Receptionist. We are in search of an enthusiastic, multitasking guru with excellent communication skills and an unwavering commitment to customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage various office documents and support general office filing

• Provide additional support to other administrative staff, including data entry, word processing, and online research

• Respond to all inbound phone calls professionally

• Balance multiple assignments with precision and prioritize effectively

• Distribute incoming mail in adherence to specified procedures

• Order supplies for office and kitchen requirements

• Welcome visitors courteously

• Upkeep office files and ensure general office filing support

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Less than a year of relevant experience

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills

• Exceptional customer service and administrative skills

• Excellent phone manners

• Ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base

• High-level attention to detail and ability to follow protocols

• Bright, resourceful, solution-focused, technologically savvy

• Highly organized and flexible, capable of dealing with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with Google Calendar

• Experience in data entry

• Handling multi-line phone systems

• Knowledge of Google Analytics will be advantageous

• Experience in navigating basic office equipment

• Superior customer service experience
