Ebenezer Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Community (TCU/LTC) in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures.
This nursing schedules include;
48 hours every two weeks
Day shift
Every other weekend and holiday rotation

This community features 53 Assisted living, 9 memory care apartments, 120 skilled and long term care beds. Responsibilities/Job Description
Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status
Qualifications
MN LPN licensure
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred :
Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
