Redeemer Health Care Center, a 5-star rated, 119-bed senior care campus in Uptown, is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team. In addition to our generous benefits, we're offering up to a $5,000 Bonus and NEW increased wages of $29.25 to $33.95 / hour!

We are conveniently located on the bus line for an easy commute and offer off-street parking. 

There are Full-Time and Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working 8 hour shifts. 

Full-Time and Part-Time Shifts:  Days (6:30am to 3:00pm) and Evenings (2:30pm to 11:00pm)

Full-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus. Part-Time is eligible for a $2,500 Bonus.

We are also excepting On-Call LPNs who will receive an additional $3 / hour on top of base pay!

  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: 

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.

• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.

• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.

• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skills and Requirements:

• Current Minnesota LPN license required.

• CPR certified preferred or willing to get

• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
