Our renowned institutional investment management firm, based in the Twin Cities, is on the search for an Investor Relations Associate. This dynamic role involves both delivering top-tier client service for investor deliverables and supporting our marketing and fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the production and execution of an annual investor meeting

• Contributing to quarterly investor letters with expert knowledge and portfolio analytics

• Maintaining and developing marketing collateral, primarily using PowerPoint and Word

• Researching market trends relevant to our investment strategy

• Consuming and accurately synthesizing information, including financial data

• Ensuring communication and branding align with our culture, mission and values

• Building and maintaining trusting relationships within our team

• Taking charge of ad hoc projects as required

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, communications or a related field

• At least three years of experience in a related field such as financial marketing, public relations or private equity

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

• Ability to thrive under pressure, juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Cultural awareness and ability to build rapport across organizations and cultures

• A team player who is adaptable and willing to perform tasks necessary to achieve common goals
