Description:

The collections specialist is responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls from patients regarding their outstanding medical bills. - Explain to patients their insurance coverage, deductible, copay, etc. - De-escalate patient and address questions and concerns - Facilitate payment plans or obtain payment in full - Maintain patient records and documentation
