Job Summary: As a Behavioral Health Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for personnel and financial management, program oversight, direct services, and overall operations for our mental health services being offered in clinic settings. You will also be responsible for promoting quality service delivery and ensuring that services remain in compliance with state licensing requirements and service standards. This is a management position with direct reports. A diverse workplace. An outstanding reputation. Job Requirements: Master or Doctoral degree in a Human Services Related Field. Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP). Meets MN Department of Human Services Treatment Supervision requirements. Statute 148A-Sexual Contact and Bureau of Criminal Affairs clearance is required. Valid driver's license is required. Preferred: State licensing board approved clinical supervisor. Management experience. Experience with CTSS and/or school-based mental health services.
