Top Twin Cities law firm is looking to add another Attorney to their team. As a vital member of the firm, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and make a meaningful impact in the legal field.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research, analysis, and drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documents pertaining to civil and commercial litigation matters.

• Assist in all phases of litigation, from case inception to resolution, including discovery, trial preparation, and appellate proceedings.

• Engage in strategic case analysis and develop innovative legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

• Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized legal counsel.

• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations with professionalism and integrity.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.

• Demonstrated track record of excellence with 2-3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on civil and/or commercial litigation.

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

• Drive to excel in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.

Preferred Qualifications (HUGE PLUSES):

• Experience handling complex litigation matters in state and federal courts.

• Proven 1st or 2nd chair trial experience and proficiency in courtroom advocacy.
