Role Definition

Oversees and coordinates the activities of the production line, prepares schedules, resolves issues, ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, guides the team in reaching quality, velocity and cost goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and directing the daily activities of production lines workers, assigning tasks, ensuring coordination between different teams, ensuring their safety and monitoring their performance.

• Training new hires, monitoring and ensuring all processes and products meet desired safety and quality standards and promoting the creation of a safety and quality culture.

• Promoting suggestions to improve line KPI in term of PQVC and driving their implementation.

• Promoting internal communication and creating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

A successful candidate in this role will showcase their skills in:

• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and manufacturing principles (including technical design, Standard work, CAV principles); ability to perform day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant for products.

• Knowledge of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet requirements for the safety and protection of workers.

• Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals.

• Ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed and to achieve requested target.

• Ability to understand and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services.

• Ability to lead, motivate, evaluate, and reward employees.

• Manufacturing experience.

• Leadership experience.

• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.

• Degree or Master’s degree in STEM disciplines

Supervisiona e coordina le attività della linea di produzione, garantisce il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e qualità, risolve problemi, guida il team nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, velocità e costo.

Responsabilità

Supervisiona e dirige le attività quotidiane dei lavoratori delle linee di produzione, assicurando il coordinamento tra i diversi team, garantendo che tutti i processi e prodotti soddisfino gli standard di sicurezza e qualità desiderati.

Monitora le prestazione della linea in termini di indicatori PQVC (persone, qualità, velocità, costi), propone suggerimenti per il miglioramento di tali indicatori e ne guida l'implementazione.

Forma i nuovi assunti e promuove la creazione di una cultura della sicurezza e della qualità.

Promuove la comunicazione interna e contribuisce a creare una cultura di collaborazione e miglioramento continuo.

Requisiti minimi:

• Conoscenza dei processi produttivi, capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico, capacità di lettura degli standard work, conoscenza dei principi CAV.

• Conoscenza degli aspetti di sicurezza in ambito produttivo, capacità di identificare i pericoli legati al lavoro e di svolgere le attività necessarie per soddisfare i requisiti di sicurezza e protezione dei lavoratori.

• Conoscenza dei metodi, degli strumenti e delle tecniche di gestione della qualità e capacità di creare e supportare un ambiente che soddisfi gli obiettivi di qualità.

• Capacità di pianificare e organizzare tempo e risorse per soddisfare gli obiettivi richiesti in termini di qualità, produttività ed efficienza.

• Capacità di valutare la qualità del prodotto e dei processi e di mantenere l'attenzione sul miglioramento continuo.

• Capacità di guidare, motivare, valutare e premiare i propri collaboratori.

Requisiti premianti:

• Precedente esperienza in ambito produttivo anche con ruoli di leadership.

• Buone capacità comunicative, interpersonali e di lavoro di squadra.

• Buone capacità di relazione con un gruppo eterogeneo di collaboratori e clienti.

• Laurea triennale o magistrale in discipline di ambito scientifico/tecnologico/ingegneristico/matematico
