Specifically, the responsibilities and qualifications of the position include:
Responsibilities
The Clinic Supervisor oversees clinicians and student interns within the outpatient clinic setting, ensuring they are properly trained and following all state regulations and program policies and procedures. Expected to maintain a caseload and productivity targets by conducting assessments and individual, group and family treatment services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses. Responsible for the review and approval of time sheets, management of staff leave requests, absences, and contingency plans; conducting supervision and monitoring client outcomes; ensuring that staff attend all required trainings and meetings; and completing initial and annual performance appraisals. Completes quarterly chart reviews to assess quality and ensure implementation of clinical standards. Monitors and tracks staff productivity and implements specific services to meet program and community needs. Participate in crisis behavioral health services and linkages, including 24/7 on-call programming and response on a rotating basis.
Qualifications
Required:
QHP (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCAT)
Master's Degree in a Human Services related field.
At least 2 years' experience working in an OMH/OASAS or similarly accredited setting.
Valid and clean New York State Driver's License
Preferred:
LCSW credential preferred.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience

- The competitive compensation range is reflected with FCA's framework, culture, and values. Individual pay decisions will vary based on skills and experience' while still allowing for growth.
Additional Information
Salary $65,000-$75,000
Schedule: (M-F), evening and weekend hours, as needed
This role is full-time (35 hours/week), Exempt
