The Headlines :

In the role of IT Sr. Director Product Solution Owner – Planning & Transportation youwill be part of the Information Technology team. This role is responsible for visioning, defining, and developing new technology products, and optimizing existing solutions built from MCBC shared platforms. You are responsible for managing a product portfolio that supports supply chain across order management, planning, scheduling, and transportation groups to ensure user interaction with technology is seamless.

This position is located in Milwaukee, WI and reports to the VP Product Solution Owner – Supply Chain. This role works closely with a variety of supply chain leaders with primary accountability and focus for the planning and transportation capability of our brewery network.

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the product strategy and delivery across our order management, planning, and transportation supply chain areas while working closely with the business leadership

  • Act as the “Face of IT” to the business, understanding business strategies & opportunities and managing business demand

  • Accountable for business relationship management across distributors and internal stakeholders, including executives in MCBC and other business functions  

  • Translate business strategy to technology strategy

  • Leadership accountability for initiatives that may be global and/or cross functional

  • Collaborate effectively with business unit leaders to define the business capabilities and experience to be enabled

  • Collaborate effectively with internal IT departments to provide an optimized value proposition

  • Drive benefit realization and delivery of intended results in partnership with the business sponsors for core business applications

  • Collaborate closely with third party service providers

  • Drive the transition from traditional project delivery to Agile product delivery and value-stream focused delivery for the customer experience supply chain organization

  • Facilitate the transition to cloud-based, digital, and shared platform solutions by engaging business unit leaders in the understanding and value of shared platforms

  • Requires travel across the Molson Coors North American brewery network (appx 10-20%)

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of IT

  • You have 10+ years of experience leading the strategy and delivery of technology solutions, including customer facing, business specific and enterprise applications in alignment with business objectives; preferably in the CPG industry

  • You have 5-7+ years managing complex projects, leading cross-functional product teams in the Manufacturing or Consumer Products industry, and delivering product-based or Agile-based solutions

  • You have experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
