As the Senior Manager of Talent Management you will be responsible for JCI\'s talent experience through the enterprise talent processes. As part of the Talent Management COE, you will contribute to continued evolution of our skills strategy, talent mobility and other enterprise Talent initiatives. The role is global, spanning business units within the geographic region. Your work impacts all leaders and professional employees in Johnson Controls and is instrumental to the success of talent in the organization. You will report to the Vice President, Talent Management, Learning and Development and partner closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP), Centers of Excellence including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Analytics, and Learning and Development.
