Job Title: PC Tech

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a PC Tech! We are currently expanding and need a dedicated individual to assist with imaging laptops and workstations for a high volume of new hires. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a project that is rolling out new laptops to our team.

In addition to this, you will be providing traditional desktop support to end users on site and taking escalations from the helpdesk. This role is integral to our team as we catch up on our computer refresh project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with imaging laptops and workstations

• Provide desktop support to end users on site

• Handle escalations from the helpdesk

• Participate in our computer refresh project
