Progressive Community Health Centers is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Medical Clinic Manager at our Lisbon Avenue Health Center. Are you a student in your last year of medical, nursing, or dental school, or a licensed primary care clinician? If so, you can receive loan repayment assistance through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP) or you may be eligible to receive loan repayment assistance from the NHSC Students to Service Loan Repayment Program (NHSC S2S LRP). National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program: In exchange for loan repayment, you serve at least two years of service at an NHSC-approved site in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA). We provide high quality, comprehensive care to roughly 16,000 patients annually, a majority of who are low-income. No one is ever turned away from our clinics based on insurance status or ability to pay. We value a patient-centered philosophy and provide range of services that include family medicine, internal medicine, women\'s health, urgent care, dental, radiology and integrated behavioral health. We also offer supportive services such as case management, health education and benefits enrollment. What will you do? This is a key leadership position within the management team and is responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operation of the organization\'s clinics. This position reports to the Director-Clinic Operations and collaborates with the management team to assure the clinics operate in accordance with PCHC\'s Mission and objectives. Responsibilities include oversite of clinic services, including clinic operations, medical records, referrals, supervisors, and other indirect reports which include non-provider medical and support staff. This role has oversite of multiple clinic locations. This position has responsibility for compliance with accreditation, regulatory, federal, and state rules, and regulations as well as organizational policy and procedures.
