SCHOOL SISTERS OF ST. FRANCIS Health Advocate-RN (Part Time) in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you looking for a rewarding nursing opportunity? Do you enjoy developing relationships with those you care for? We provide nursing care to the School Sisters of St. Francis community. This is a non-profit, faith-based community of retired Catholic Sisters living in their homes who require assistance with personal care, medical, and nursing over site. The Sisters can age in place from independent apartment living, to assistance, to complete support with end-of-life care. At School Sisters of St. Francis, our staff gets to know and interact with those they serve while assuring quality of life - physical, social, psychological, and Spiritual. We are seeking an individual who would fit our compassionate environment caring for retired religious Sisters. We are a care driven facility with a focus on maximum time with Sisters and streamlined documentation. At School Sisters of St. Francis, you can develop meaningful relationships with the Sisters and provide quality nursing care due to our excellent ratio of staff to Sister. Responsibilities include providing care within a team environment, using strong leadership skills in responding to situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program required. 2+ year related experienced and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
