Airport Properties Specialist Annual Salary Range: \$65,665.6 - \$76,273.6 Job Summary: Under direction of the Properties & Concessions Manager, performs a variety of cross-functional activities related to the Airport\'s property management and business development programs, including managing various activities of concessions, airlines, aviation support companies, and non-aeronautical properties related such as passenger terminals, land, office buildings, cargo facilities, warehouses, hangars and other properties; preparing verbal and written reports and recommendations to management to maximize revenues from the use of Airport properties; preparing verbal and written reports and making recommendations regarding management of operating policies and practices to improve operating efficiencies.
